Nowadays, Bank Cards have become of great importance in our lives, especially after the Spread Covid-19 Epidemic, which has almost minimized utilization Cash Money, relying instead on using Cards. As a matter fact, they are considered backbone life, and Islamic Law stipulated special provisions for these The Current Research shall attempt to address several issues related Cards, including definition, types, characteristics, importance, ruling applied each type as per law.
 Besides, that major part daily transactions, classified into different types according their function, include Procuration, Transfer, Loan, Warranty. A Provision is types.
 When customer applies Card, he be charged fees membership, renewal, replacement, could use his card withdraw cash, provided it does not result usurious interest. However, possible may impose fee commensurate with Withdrawal Service.
